Shipping

We ship nationwide across South Africa for a flat rate of R89, no matter how many items are in your order. Orders are dispatched from our print studio in Jeffreys Bay within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking notification by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times depend on your location and the courier's schedule — please allow a little extra time for outlying or rural areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Not stoked on the fit or the print? We offer easy exchanges within 30 days of delivery, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To start an exchange or return, message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order number. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, let us know within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full — no questions asked.

Sizing & Fit

Our tees are true to size with a unisex fit, available from S to XXL. Between sizes? We'd size up — the fabric is pre-shrunk so it holds its shape wash after wash. Still not sure? Message us on WhatsApp with your usual size and we'll help you pick.

Fabric & Care

Every JbayWaves tee is 180gsm combed cotton, screen printed by hand in small batches right here in Jeffreys Bay. To keep the print looking sharp: machine wash cold, inside out, and hang to dry.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking notification by email so you can follow it to your door. If you haven't received tracking within 2 business days of ordering, reach out and we'll check on it for you.
